Practice cursive K and k
Visual prompt: 𝒦 / 𝓀. Use the handwriting model you are learning if its shape differs.
Use K inside short words
Write each word slowly, then repeat it on the blank line.
Letter-specific note
Lowercase k normally keeps a tall stem plus a smaller arm, loop or angled middle construction. The middle section is one of the parts that varies most between cursive systems.
Readability: The small middle arm/loop is the key feature that separates k from l in many hands.
Joining: Make the middle construction readable before extending the exit stroke into the next letter; otherwise k can collapse into a tall stem plus an unclear join.
